Return To Work - Injury Management

Scope of Services:

• The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services, as required:

• Coordination of Return to Work (RTW) plans in line with NSW Workers Compensation legislation and guidelines.

• Liaison with treating practitioners, insurers, injured workers, and other stakeholders.

• Development and implementation of tailored RTW strategies.

• Attendance at case conferences and workplace assessments.

• Documentation and monitoring of injury management progress.

• Assistance in developing or reviewing RTW programs and workplace policies.

• Provision of reports and updates to the Client as required.

• Data Workers Compensation Analysis
